My Journey With Giving Up What No Longer Serves You
For this 1st part we are talking about giving up what no longer serves you.
For me, one of those things was alcohol. I stopped drinking in 2020, and while it wasn’t always easy, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Quitting alcohol allowed me to discover my creativity—something I never thought I had. It also brought some mental health challenges to the surface, but facing them gave me the chance to heal in ways I never had before.
What Can You Discover If You Gave Up What No Longer Serves You?
Sometimes we focus so much on what we’ll lose by letting something go… but what if we asked instead:
What gifts am I blocking by holding onto something that no longer serves me?
What might I discover if I finally let it go?
If this resonated with you and you’re looking for support in your self-love journey, I invite you to schedule a free 1:1 coaching session with me.
